The training set was compiled from real takeoffs — XL templates, methodology protocols, and actual project data where every estimate was compared against what was actually built. More than 50 engineers — across civil, structural, process, chemical and materials, and IT — worked alongside systems designers, programmers and AI engineers to build it.
